Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- flour plain - 2 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in ungreased casserole. Crush crackers; mix with melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until bubbly around edges and light brown on top. Serve while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
