- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- coconut - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell
How to make french coconut pie:
Brush a little egg white on the unbaked pie shell and bake at 400° about 1 minute. This prevents a soggy crust. Beat eggs slightly. Add other ingredients.
