Pineapple au gratin

- sugar - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sleeve Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make pineapple au gratin:
Butter sides and bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix sugar, flour and pineapple; pour into dish. Add cheese; crumble crackers on top. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, until crumbs are lightly browned.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Cheese.
