  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • carton whipping cream - 1 item
  • flavoring if desired - 1 tsp

How to make cold oven pound cake:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in tube pan or loaf pans (2) for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°. Turn oven on after cake is inside.
