- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- baking soda - 2 Tbsp
- sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup - 20 oz
- cream cheese
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple cake with cream cheese icing:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients for cake by hand. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.For frosting, cream together, then spread on cake. Sprinkle with additional nuts.
