  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • salad oil - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • Add nuts last
  • margarine room temperature - 6 Tbsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 3 c

How to make frosted pumpkin bars:

Combine all ingredients except nuts and beat. Add nuts last. Pour into a greased and floured large cookie sheet (11 x 15-inch). Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Frosting:4 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)6 Tbsp. margarine (room temperature)1 tsp.
