Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- Do not use mixer
How to make pineapple cake:
Put all together in a bowl and stir until well blended. Do not use mixer. Pour into well-greased pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. As soon as cake is done, punch cake full of holes. Pour icing over cake while hot.Icing:3/4 c. milk1 stickRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
