- Crisco oil - 3/4 c
- eggs - 4 item
- can Mandarin oranges - 11 oz
- Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans at 350° until done
- large can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 item
- large container Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pig pickin' cake:
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl; beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in 3 greased and floured cake pans at 350° until done.Filling:1 box vanilla instant pudding mix1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)1 large container Cool Whip Combine pudding mix and pineapple; fold in Cool Whip.
