- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- can Mandarin oranges - 1 oz
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 oz
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one
- box Duncan Hines golden cake mix or your favorite brand - 1 item
How to make pig pickin' cake:
Mix cake mix and oil together in a large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Add can of Mandarin oranges and mix. Pour into well greased and floured pans (round). Bake at 350° for the length of time given on the cake box. This makes 2 or 3 layers, depending on size of pan.Icing:1 large container Cool Whip1 large can crushed pineapple1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding Mix ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
