  • salt - 2 oz
  • cold water - 1 c
  • 4 oz - 1 lb
  • Premix - 2 lb

How to make pie dough:

Separation:3 lb. 4 oz. cake flour1 1/2 pt. milk1 c. cold water2 oz. salt With paddle, cream first three ingredients 4 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients until mixed. Place on sheet pan. Ice box.
