Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • coconut
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs, beaten well - 4 item
  • 1 stick margarine - 1/4 c
  • sugar white

How to make impossible pie:

Mix beaten eggs and sugar together. Add butter, vanilla, coconut, flour and baking powder. Pour into ungreased pie plate. Bake at 375° for approximately 40 minutes. Makes its own crust. Makes 1 large or 2 small pies.
