Ingredients/Components
- packed brown sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
How to make brown sugar glaze:
Mix together ingredients. Thirty minutes before ham is done, pour off drippings. Remove ham skin and score surface in crisscross fashion. Brush on glaze and continue baking. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cake fillings and frostings.
