Ingredients/Components

  • Crisco shortening - 1 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • vinegar, I use apple cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • very cold 7-Up or Talking Rain - 5 Tbsp

How to make pie crust:

With a knife, cut first 4 ingredients until mixed well. Beat the egg really well and spread over the dough, the vinegar over the egg and then the 7-Up. Take a fork or spoon and mix well together. Roll, with your hands, into a ball or log. Wrap and put
