  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped dried apricots
  • 8-inch graham cracker pie shell - 1 item

How to make dried apricot pie:

Cook apricots with 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan until tender. Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons apricot liquid in small bowl. Stir into apricots. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Spoon into pie shell. Chill until serving tim
