Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- chopped dried apricots
- 8-inch graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
How to make dried apricot pie:
Cook apricots with 1 1/2 cups water in saucepan until tender. Blend sugar, salt, cornstarch and 3 tablespoons apricot liquid in small bowl. Stir into apricots. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Spoon into pie shell. Chill until serving timRecipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
