Ingredients/Components

  • water - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 1/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c

How to make easy pie crust:

Mix flour, salt, oil and water with table fork. Form a ball with your hands and put between wax paper and roll out with rolling pin. This makes one medium pie crust. It gets flaky. Don't over roll it, that makes it tough!
