Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cup water - 1 item
- cups white vinegar - 3 item
- to 18 hard boiled eggs - 15 item
- pickling spices, if desired - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Carefully shell eggs. Bring vinegar and water to a boil. Add spices if desired. Place eggs in hot sterilized jars and cover with boiling liquid. Seal immediately. Yield about 2 quarts.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
