Ingredients/Components
- hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
- whole cloves - 6 item
- onions, sliced - 2 item
- cup water - 1/2 item
- cup sugar - 1/4 item
- cups vinegar - 2 item
- tablespoon salt - 1 item
- tablespoon celery seed - 1 item
- tablespoons mustard - 2 item
- tablespoon mustard seed - 1 item
How to make pickled eggs:
Blend vinegar slowly into mustard in saucepan. Add water, sugar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and whole cloves. Simmer for 10 minutes: cool. Pour over eggs and onions.
