Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • celery seed - 1/2 tsp
  • minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
  • distilled white vinegar - 2 c
  • mixed pickling spices - 1 tsp

How to make pickled eggs:

Peel eggs. Bring all seasonings to a boil in saucepan over high heat. Pour hot vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Keeps for several weeks if kept in refrigerator.
