Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
- distilled white vinegar - 2 c
- mixed pickling spices - 1 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
Peel eggs. Bring all seasonings to a boil in saucepan over high heat. Pour hot vinegar mixture over eggs. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Keeps for several weeks if kept in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Egg, Lunch/snacks, Appetizers.
