Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- onion, diced - 1/4 c
- cream of mushroom soup - 1 c
- zucchini - 2 lb
- box Stove Top dressing - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Melt butter; mix with dressing mix. Line bottom of casserole with 1/2 this mixture. Cube zucchini and saute with onion. Combine soup, sour cream and shredded carrots; add to zucchini and onion. Put into baking dish. Sprinkle top with balance of dressing mix. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
