- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 3/4 c
- zucchini, grated - 1 lb
How to make zucchini casserole:
Preheat oven to 325°. In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter; reserve 1/4 cup of cracker mixture for topping. In medium bowl stir together remaining cracker mixture, zucchini, cheese, egg, onion and garlic. Place zucchini mixture in 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle rest of cracker crumbs on top.
