Pepperoni pie
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- pepperoni, sliced - 1/2 lb
- low-fat or skim milk - 2 c
- Muenster cheese, cubed or shredded - 1/2 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded - 1/2 lb
- egg, beaten or egg substitute - 1 item
How to make pepperoni pie:
Mix all ingredients well; pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes. For 1/2 recipe, use a 10-inch pie plate.Low-fat cheese can be used.
