Pepper relish
Ingredients/Components
- medium chopped green peppers - 12 item
- medium chopped red peppers - 12 item
- large chopped onions - 3 item
- cider vinegar
- granulated sugar - 2 c
- salt - 2 Tbsp
How to make pepper relish:
Mix peppers and onions together. Cover with boiling water and let stand for 10 minutes; drain. Cover again with boiling water and bring all ingredients back to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients with pepper/onion mixture and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes. Ladle into pint jars and seal while hot.
