Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cider vinegar
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- can yellow wax beans - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans - 1 item
- can cut green beans - 1 item
- large sweet onion, sliced into thin rings - 1 item
- chopped pepper red or green - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. cider vinegar1/3 c. salad oil3/4 c. granulated sugar1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper Rinse and drain beans in a colander with cold water. Then add the sweet onion and chopped pepper. Arrange vegetables in a bowl and add dressing. Stir lightly to mix together. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.Dressing: Bring to a boil and set aside to cool.
