Pecan praline cookies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- light brown sugar - 2 c
- pecans, chopped - 4 c
- egg whites, beaten until stiff - 2 item
How to make pecan praline cookies:
Mix together dry ingredients. Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in dry ingredients, a little at a time, until all is mixed in (stir by hand). Add vanilla and pecans. Mix all together. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Cool on cookie sheet, or they may crumble when removed.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
