Pecan praline candy

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• light corn syrup - 2 Tbsp
• water
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pecan halves or pieces - 1 c

How to make pecan praline candy:

Combine sugars, syrup, water and salt. Cook over low heat until soft ball stage. Remove from heat, add vanilla and pecans. Stir about 1 minute. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. (Peanuts can be substituted for pecans.)
