Pecan crunchies
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- box graham crackers - 1/2 oz
How to make pecan crunchies:
Lightly oil a jelly roll pan and line with graham crackers. Melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Add brown sugar and stir until mixture bubbles vigorously. Add pecans and quickly spread over the graham crackers. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes. (Check before baking time is up as these burn easily.)
