Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • butter, melted - 1 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c

How to make baked fudge:

To beaten eggs, add dry ingredients, melted butter, pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan. Set in pan of boiling water. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, until custard consistency. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 100 servings.
