Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- butter, melted - 1 c
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
How to make baked fudge:
To beaten eggs, add dry ingredients, melted butter, pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan. Set in pan of boiling water. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes, until custard consistency. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream. Makes 100 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
