Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- oleo - 1 c
How to make pecan pie bars:
Preheat oven to 350° (325° for glass pans). Combine flour and sugar; cut in oleo until crumbly. Press firmly in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes.Meanwhile, beat condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool; cut into bars. Makes 36.
