butter, softened - 3/4 c
sugar - 1 c
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
milk - 1 Tbsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
baking powder - 1 tsp
stick butter, softened - 1/2 item
food coloring optional - 1 item
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs

How to make sugar cookies:

Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then beat in eggs. Add flour mixture and chill 1 hour. Cut out with cookie cutters. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Frosting:1 c. powdered sugar1/2 stick butter, softened food coloring (optional)1/2 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. milk Colors will be a little off, because of butter!
