Pecan pie bars
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 2 c
- condensed milk - 14 oz
- cold butter - 1 c
How to make pecan pie bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. In medium bowl, combine flour and sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in chips and pecans. Spread evenly over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350° or until golden brown. Cool. Cut into bars.
