  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pecan halves
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • egg white - 1 item

How to make pecan drops:

Beat egg white until stiff. With a spoon, stir in sugar and vanilla. Add pecan halves; stir until coated. Take pecan halves out individually and place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1/2-inch apart. Bake in a 200° oven until slightly browned.

Note: Do not preheat oven.
