Pecan drops
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pecan halves
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- egg white - 1 item
How to make pecan drops:
Beat egg white until stiff. With a spoon, stir in sugar and vanilla. Add pecan halves; stir until coated. Take pecan halves out individually and place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1/2-inch apart. Bake in a 200° oven until slightly browned.Note: Do not preheat oven.
