  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pecan halves - 2 c
  • light brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • egg white - 1 item

How to make pecan kisses:

Beat egg white stiff. Mix in sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff. Stir in pecans and coat good. Grease cookie sheet and spoon onto sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake at 250° for 20 to 30 minutes until light golden brown. Let set for 30 minutes and store.
