  • eggs - 4 item
  • water - 3/4 c
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • 10x powdered sugar - 2 c
  • concentrated orange juice - 1/3 c
  • small box lemon instant pudding mix - 1 item

How to make orange blossoms:

Mix 1 box yellow cake mix, lemon instant pudding, 4 eggs, 3/4 cup cooking oil and 3/4 cup water. Fill mini muffin pans (1 teaspoon each). Bake at 350° for 3 to 5 minutes.

Icing: Mix the powdered sugar, concentrated (undiluted) orange juice, 3 tablespoons water and the cooking oil. Dip cooled Orange Blossoms in icing. Makes 10 dozen.
