Chocolate bonbons
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- sticks margarine - 3 item
- jar peanut butter - 1 oz
- stick paraffin wax - 1/2 item
- boxes confectioners sugar, sifted - 2 lb
How to make chocolate bonbons:
Soften margarine. Add peanut butter and sugar; mix well. (May seem impossible, but keep mixing with hands as if kneading dough.) Roll into small balls and refrigerate on cookie sheets.Melt chocolate chips and wax in double boiler. Dip balls with toothpick individually in chocolate to coat. Return to wax paper on cookie sheet. Let cool and refrigerate.
