- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- frozen whipped topping, thawed
- lemon cake mix with pudding - 1 pkg
How to make lemon snowflakes:
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg. Beat on medium speed until blended. Batter will be very sticky. Drop by teaspoonfuls into confectioners sugar; roll lightly to coat. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly brown. Yields 5 to 6 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
