Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 6 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted all-purpose flour
How to make pecan crispies:
Preheat oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugars until light. Beat egg and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts.
