Pecan crispies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 6 Tbsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sifted all-purpose flour
How to make pecan crispies:
Set oven to 375°. Cream butter and sugars until light. Beat in egg and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pan.
