Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar
- butter - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
How to make peanut butter roll:
You will also need 2 feet of wax paper.In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, butter and vanilla until it forms a stiff ball of dough. Roll the dough out, between 2 layers of wax paper, about 1/8 inch thick. Roll into a rectangular shape.
Spread softened peanut butter onto the dough. Roll into a jelly roll (roll long ways). Cut into desired thickness, using thread.
