  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 3 Tbsp
  • egg yolks - 2 item

How to make butterscotch pie:

Mix egg yolks, water, flour, milk and brown sugar together. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat; add vanilla and butter. Cool. Pour in 9-inch baked pie shell. Use egg whites for meringue.
