Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- sliced fresh peaches - 1 item
How to make peach cake:
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in batter with 2 knives. Beat egg and add to milk. Mix all together. Grease two 9-inch cake pans. Press dough in pan like you would pizza dough. Place sliced peaches on top of dough. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
