Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1/3 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- can mandarin oranges juice and all - 1 item
How to make pea picken cake:
Mix cake mix, mandarin oranges (juice and all), 3 eggs and oil in a mixing bowl. Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan. Pour cake mixture in and bake at 350° about 35 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.Topping: Cool cake. Mix Cool Whip, which has been thawed in refrigerator, vanilla pudding and drained pineapple. Spread over cooled cake and refrigerate.
