Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- flour
- coconut - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1 c
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 oz
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- Combine this with margarine, flour, chocolate morsels, vanilla, coconut and pecans
How to make mississippi mud cake:
Mix eggs and sugar until thick. Combine this with margarine, flour, chocolate morsels, vanilla, coconut and pecans. Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.Spread top with marshmallow while hot. Let set a few minutes; then spread frosting on marshmallow.Frosting:1 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Beat well and then top with 1 cup nuts.
