Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/2 cup softened butter. Mix well and press into bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.Combine eggs, 1 cup softened butter and powdered sugar. Beat this mixture 10 to 15 minutes and spread over cracker crust. Slice 4 to 5 bananas lengthwise and arrange on powdered sugar mixture. Cover with 1 can or crushed pineapple (drained). Top with one 13 1/2 ounce carton whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Chill 3 to 4 hours.
