Ingredients/Components

  • peas, fresh or frozen - 10 oz
  • can smoked almonds - 6 oz
  • green onions, chopped - 3 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • curry - 1 tsp

How to make pea and almond salad:

If using fresh peas, shell and blanch for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender yet firm. Drain and cool. Combine peas, almonds and green onions. Combine mayonnaise and curry; pour over peas and almonds. Toss well.
