Ingredients/Components
- peas, fresh or frozen - 10 oz
- can smoked almonds - 6 oz
- green onions, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- curry - 1 tsp
How to make pea and almond salad:
If using fresh peas, shell and blanch for 3 to 5 minutes or until tender yet firm. Drain and cool. Combine peas, almonds and green onions. Combine mayonnaise and curry; pour over peas and almonds. Toss well.Recipe categories: Low cholesterol, Salads, Vegetables.
