  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • soda - 3/4 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • miniature peanut butter cups - 40 item

How to make peanut butter temptations:

Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Heat oven to 375°. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place in 1 1/2-inch ungreased muffin pans. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Immediately after baking, press peanut butter cup into center of each ball until just the top shows. Let cool 10 minutes and carefully remove from pans. Let cool. Makes 40 cookies.
