Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 8 oz
- cornstarch - 4 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites - 4 item
How to make pavlova:
Whisk egg whites until stiff. Whisk in sugar slowly. Beat on high speed until mixture is glossy. Add vinegar and fold in cornstarch. Bake at 275° for 1 hour. Switch off oven and leave to cool in oven. Place mixture on baking parchment or greaseproof paper. Bake on ovenproof plate or in a tin. Fill with cream and strawberries.
