Bourbon balls



  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • 10x sugar - 1 c
  • white corn syrup
  • crushed vanilla wafers - 1 c
  • chopped walnuts or pecans - 1 c
  • bourbon * - 1/3 c

How to make bourbon balls:

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Stir the corn syrup into bourbon. Fork into dry mix. Form into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container one week or longer.

*Rum or brandy can be substituted for bourbon.
