Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- lean ground beef - 1 lb
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- uncooked noodles - 2 c
- 1/2 green peppers, chopped - 1 item
How to make pasta casserole:
Cook pasta; drain. Brown meat, onion, pepper and celery. Stir in spaghetti sauce. In microwave dish, add cottage cheese and cooked pasta. Microwave uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir a couple times, stir in cheeses. Good and much easier than lasagna. Like it served with picante sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
