  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
  • cottage cheese - 1 lb
  • jar Ragu sauce - 1 lb
  • box mostaccioli noodles - 1 lb

How to make mostaccioli casserole:

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and add sauce to noodles. Brown beef in skillet; drain grease and add to noodles and sauce. Stir cottage cheese and egg together and add to noodle mixture. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425°, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
