- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- jar Ragu sauce - 1 lb
- box mostaccioli noodles - 1 lb
How to make mostaccioli casserole:
Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain and add sauce to noodles. Brown beef in skillet; drain grease and add to noodles and sauce. Stir cottage cheese and egg together and add to noodle mixture. Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425°, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Add Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes more.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
