Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 8 oz
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • hamburger - 1 lb
  • chopped pimento - 1/4 c
  • whole kernel corn, drained

How to make party casserole:

Brown meat; add onion and cook until tender. Drain off liquid. Stir in milk and cheese. Stir until blended. Add corn, soup and pimento. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Mixture may be divided into 2 (1 1/2 quart) casserole dishes and can be frozen. Serves 6.
